This group meets at the home of Keith & Laura Noyes located at 906 Brynwood DR in Chattanooga.
Qigong is a meditative mindfulness practice to balance the energies in your body. When practiced regularly it will enhance your well-being and health.
Practice typically lasts one hour with roughly 30 minutes of qigong exercises followed by a guided meditation.
The practice session is open to anyone, no prior experience required.
